This is not a willpower-based training program. It is an evidence-based, all inclusive approach to better living through movement skills, exercise & activities, meal planning, awareness, and plenty of “feel-good” rewards. I use positive reinforcement, intrinsic motivation, and value-based programs. I take you to the edge… what I call “the un-simplified version of life."
I practice a style of training and coaching that is based on the same kind of care that I would want for myself. I would want someone to focus on my shortcomings and strengths with the same kind of enthusiasm and unconditional acceptance that no one is perfect. I would want someone who uses their professional skill and intuition equally to guide me through the process. And finally, to use a vocabulary which is encouraging and mindful enough to promote positive outcomes.
